Stellamar was delivered from the shipyard today, April 5, and is set to embark on her inaugural journey to Europe shortly. Once the vessel reaches Europe, it will become the first ship acquired by Green Coaster Shipping. Following its delivery, Stellamar will be commercially managed by AtoB@C Shipping as part of the Green Coaster Pool.
Stellamar is an advanced vessel capable of cutting CO2 emissions by as much as 50% compared to current vessels, due to its shore power connectivity and substantial battery installation. It also ensures quieter and more environmentally friendly operations while docked.
The next vessel scheduled for delivery to Green Coaster Shipping, named Aquamar, is currently under construction and is anticipated to be ready from the shipyard by autumn.
